So here we are… right before the Jewish New Year. You’ve probably been thinking about change — new job, new habits, maybe even a “new you.” But let’s be honest… are you just going through the motions? Sending résumés, writing lists, “trying”… but where is your heart in all this?
The truth is, our energy follows our focus. When we constantly think about what’s not working, we end up feeling drained and stuck. But here’s the fun part — even if you don’t love the phase you’re in, there are still things that are working. (Yes, even tiny things!) Ignoring them only adds more stress. Why would you do that to yourself?
Instead, pause. Breathe. Connect with your inner self. Ask:
What do I truly want this year?
Now, grab a pen and finish this sentence:
“This year I would like to…”
…
…
…
Next step: check in with reality — is this achievable? What is one small step you can take this year to move closer? (Small steps = big shifts over time, trust me. )
And remember, you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk with you through your goals. If you’d like, contact me for a free call and see if this journey suits you.
Shana Tova – may your year be sweet, meaningful, and truly aligned with your heart.
